Shipping Information:

Most of our items are custom made. We design the flowers when they are purchased. This allows us to customize the bouquets at your request. The shipping time can take 2-4 weeks. During peek seasons, the time may be extended. If your wedding is soon, please let us know, we usually can work around the time frames. Feel free to phone us about any questions you may have.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

· Custom designs are non-refundable. · Shipping charges are non-refundable. · Any standard item that is purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund, less 20% restocking fee or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Rose petals are non-refundable. We cut the petals ourselves and the roses can not be used/resold after doing so.

· Returned items must be packed carefully and shipped in original packing boxes or similar quality. · It must arrive to us in good condition. No crushed flowers. No missing flowers. · If your flowers are returned to us in used or poor condition, we will not issue a refund.

Are the flowers silk are real?

The floral photo's on the website are silk flowers. We can also make the bouquets with live flowers if you live with in our area. However, live flowers do cost more than silk flowers.

Do you provide local deliveries?

Yes, we deliver locally and can decorate your event as well.
